Event Video Production & LED Walls

Event Video Production Services in Colorado

The world of video is not what it once was. LED video walls have dramatically changed the production landscape. In 2019 we embraced the industry shift toward video walls, and today we are one of the premier providers of video walls in the region. Our Blizzard Icon panels are IP65 rated and withstand whatever weather Colorado throws at them, so we deliver outdoor video solutions rain or shine.

The flexibility and durability of these panels lets our team bring video to conferences, concerts, and corporate events that were previously off limits for traditional screens and projectors. You will often see our video walls at ski racing events, movie nights, and outdoor festivals. Beyond looking great, they display information, signage, sponsor content, and IMAG in a seamless package that scales to every event.

Livestreaming and Hybrid Events

Hybrid events need a production team that treats the remote audience like the room. We run multi-camera shoots, switch the program live, mix a dedicated audio feed, and stream to YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, or your own platform. We also record every session for on-demand playback. Our lighting team lights presenters for camera, and our audio engineers deliver a clean stream mix.

IMAG and Presentation Management

Image magnification (IMAG) puts your speakers on the big screen so every seat has a great view. We combine camera feeds with slides, videos, and graphics, and we manage confidence monitors and speaker timers for conferences and corporate events. Read how business conferences benefit from professional AV.

Video for Concerts, Festivals, and Galas

For concerts and festivals, we build LED backdrops and side screens that carry artist content and sponsor loops. For fundraisers and galas, we run donor videos, live auction graphics, and paddle raise displays.

Where We Provide Event Video Production

We bring LED walls, cameras, and livestream systems to events in Colorado Springs, Denver, Aspen, Vail, Telluride, Breckenridge, Fort Collins, and across Colorado.

In addition to our amazing video walls, we have a deep inventory of large screen TV’s, video switching from Blackmagic and Roland, along with a wide variety of converters and adapters to make every system work flawlessly. If your event needs to be recorded or live streamed, we offer a variety of cameras featuring PTZ optics robotic cameras and Blackmagic Design 6K broadcast cameras. I have worked with Stephen Ridgway and his team at Kaleidoscope Productions for over 10 years, and they provide the best service, highest quality equipment and experienced (and friendly) staff. Their video walls have taken our events to the next level. Whenever I tell a band that we are working with Kaleidoscope Productions, you can almost hear their sigh of relief knowing that they are going to be taken care of by the best in the business. Safety at an event is always a priority for me, and I am grateful for the time and attention that the Kaleidoscope team puts in to ensuring that their equipment is installed properly, safely and securely each and every time. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure that every event is a success.
