Kaleidoscope Productions is a boutique Denver event production company specializing in audio, lighting, video, staging, and backline. Whether it’s a concert for thousands, a corporate event, a business conference, or an intimate gathering, our team makes you look and sound amazing.
Since 2009, we have produced live events from the Front Range to the high country. Our crew plans, delivers, and runs every element of your show, so one team owns your audio visual production from load-in to load-out. We keep a full inventory of professional AV gear in our Golden and Vail Valley warehouses, which lets us scale from a single ballroom to a multi-stage festival.
Planners trust us with corporate event production for conferences, product launches, awards shows, and executive retreats. We handle stage design, presentation management, LED video walls, and livestreaming for hybrid audiences, and we coordinate directly with your venue so the day runs on schedule. We also produce concerts and festivals and fundraisers and galas throughout the state.

Kaleidoscope Productions is based in Denver, CO, but the Mile High City is not the only place you will find us. We live our lives on the road, and traveling to you is what we do. Best known for their world class skiing, the Town of Vail puts on a variety of events. Over the years, we have worked closely with the town to produce live music, interactive video displays, and holiday lighting installations. The town is also home to some great venues like the Dobson Ice arena, and a variety of hotels and meeting spaces for our corporate clients.
Overlooking the beautiful town of Estes Park, the historic Stanley Hotel is best known as the inspiration for Stephen King's "The Shining". Today it also hosts a robust schedule of concerts, film festivals, and comedy shows. Since 2019 Kaleidoscope Productions has been providing the production for the wide variety of shows and events that take place around the property.
Family friendly, and always lively, Beaver Creek is home to world class skiing and amazing lineup of events. For the last 10 years our team has provided production for all of the concerts, festivals, and events around the resorts. You can always find our crew at signature events like Blues, Brews, and BBQ, July 4th, and Oktoberfest.
Known for their natural hot springs and mountain charm, Glenwood Springs is also a great place for summer festivals. In its 102nd year, the annual Strawberry Days never disappoints. The Kaleidoscope team is always there mixing bands on the main stage and keeping the party rolling.
Located on the eastern edge of Denver, the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds is home to one of the best fairs in the state of Colorado. In addition to the fair, the ACF team also puts on "Pictures on the Plains" which features live music and a family friendly movie. The fairgrounds is also home to a world class event center.
