Stage & Event Lighting Production

Stage and Event Lighting Production in Colorado

Looking good is never easy. Great lighting requires technical skill, creativity, and the right gear. Our lighting inventory features grandMA3 consoles, Martin Aura and ERA fixtures, and a large variety of LED wash and IP65 rated lights. With years of experience in ever-changing Colorado weather, our equipment and crew handle any lighting challenge, indoors or out.

Concert Lighting

Concert lighting builds the energy of a show. We design rigs with moving lights, washes, beams, and atmospherics that follow the music, and our programmers cue every song so the look shifts with the set. From club shows to multi-stage festivals, we scale the rig to the room and the budget.

Corporate Event and Conference Lighting

At a conference, lighting has two jobs: it makes presenters look great on camera and keeps the audience focused on the stage. We balance key light for IMAG and livestreams, add uplighting and gobos that carry your brand through the room, and integrate with your stage and set. Professional Stage and Theater Lighting

Our passion for lighting comes from years of work in theaters, where lighting is beautiful and creative but also functional. Whether it’s a high end corporate event or a weekly small town concert series, we believe every event should look incredible and wow the audience. None of this happens by accident.

Lighting Design and Previsualization

During the design process, our team creates 3D renderings and working drawings that show clients what their event will look like. Previsualizing the lighting design is an invaluable part of pre-production and gives us confidence that the finished product will look right. We pre-program consoles, address fixtures, and label cable runs, so the show gets on its feet quickly. For our clients, that means more time to relax on site and enjoy the event.

Gala and Wedding Lighting

For fundraisers, galas, and weddings, we use warm architectural lighting, pin spots on centerpieces, and color washes that transform ballrooms, tents, and mountain venues.

Where We Provide Event Lighting

We light events in Denver, Colorado Springs, Aspen, Vail, Telluride, Breckenridge, Fort Collins, and across all of our Colorado destinations.

I believe that lighting makes a huge part of the experience and Kaleidoscope delivered an amazing production that met my budget. The team at Kaleidoscope was extremely professional, organized, and fantastic to work with from our first contact about the event. They listened to what I wanted and what my vision of needing no seating that had to look through a truss. They came up with a great game plan on where the lights would be located and where the power would be pulled from that was ideal for our event. These were details that gave me security of having an event that met our requirements. I would give Kaleidoscope my highest recommendation
