Aspen’s events demand a production partner who understands mountain logistics, high-end clients, and fast-changing weather. Kaleidoscope Productions serves Aspen and Snowmass from our Vail Valley office, and our crew has produced concerts, corporate retreats, galas, and private events throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.
Aspen’s summer concerts and outdoor events need weather-ready gear and careful sound design. We provide line array sound systems, IP65 rated lighting and LED video walls, and outdoor stages, and we plan sound coverage to respect neighbors and venue limits.
Aspen hosts leadership retreats, conferences, and some of the state’s most important fundraisers. We handle presentation management, livestreaming, and room design for corporate events, and we create elegant lighting and seamless program support for galas and fundraisers.
