Andrew believes a good lighting design is half technical know how and half artistic vision.
- [Luke](https://kaleidoscope-co.com/about/luke/): Having honed his skills in nearly every facet of the concert industry, Luke has racked up a work history large enough to fill an arena or two. While going to school for music production, he started running live sound for events, (including for Kaleidoscope starting back in 2011). Somewhere along the way, he picked up experience as an LD at a world renowned nightclub. His thirst for new experiences didn't stop there. He steadily added VJ, stage management, and A/V design experience to his resume along with running a backline company. He spent several years working as a production manager for AEG, managing venues from the Bluebird, Gothic, and Ogden Theaters, up to Red Rocks, music festivals, and arena shows. When concerts stopped due to a global pandemic, he pivoted into live broadcast, helping curate unique live experiences for corporations and individuals alike. Once everyone eventually got 'Zoom Fatigue' and concerts came back, he was pulled right back into the thick of it, starting his current role at Kaleidoscope as a project manager. With requests for gear and production expertise at an all time high, Luke has been putting his diverse knowledge and experience to work helping events of all scales come to fruition. With a strong background in every aspect of live events, no scope is too large or small. With Kaleidoscope's extensive equipment arsenal behind him, he can help you manifest your ideas into reality for your event or install. 
- [Jamie Collins](https://kaleidoscope-co.com/about/jamie-collins/): Born and raised in rural Arkansas, Jamie Collins moved away to the "big city" as a young adult, where he graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with degrees in Political Science and Mass Communications with an emphasis in Writing. He spent many years organizing and managing political campaigns at various levels ranging from city to Presidential elections, as well as working as a Legislative Analyst for the State Legislature for 11 sessions. Jamie eventually moved to Northwest Arkansas and began working on a Master's in Public Policy at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. It was there that he began working as a stagehand during the summers at the Arkansas Music Pavilion.

Graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Texas, Jacob earned his Bachelor of Music as a drummer & percussionist in 2016 where he grew an appreciation for the performing arts.
- [Stephen Ridgway](https://kaleidoscope-co.com/about/stephen-ridgway/): Born and raised in Eagle Colorado, Stephen began his career in production working as student in the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts at Clemson University. After graduating with two B.A. degrees from Clemson, Stephen moved back to Colorado and in February 2002 began working asproduction technician at the Vilar Performing Arts Center. In 2005, Stephen decided to pursue his passion for live sound and enrolled in the MFA program in recording arts and technology at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN.

From the beginning, we have worked closely with JBL speakers, and the Harman family of products. The partnership with Harman has been an integral part of our growth, and has given us access to a wide range of products and brands with expert support from their team in Northridge, CA. In 2015, we became the first company in Colorado to purchase a JBL VTX line array system. This was a big step for us as a company, and allowed us to take on larger shows and a broader range of clients. Nearly 15 years later, our equipment inventory includes multiple product lines from JBL, Martin Aura and ERA lighting, and a variety of Soundcraft consoles. Our ties to Harman remain strong and we have benefited immensely from the professional and personal relationships we have developed over the last decade and a half.
