In the world of production, you are only as good as the gear that you have, and of course the people that are running it. Since the beginning, Kaleidoscope Productions has always focused on having the right equipment for the job. We have built great relationships with a lot of industry leading manufacturers, and we are proud to be dealers and end users for a lot of great professional brands like JBL, Martin Lighting, RF Venue, Whirlwind USA, Blizzard Lighting, and Absen.

Being rider friendly is extremely important to our clients, and when it comes to gear we love being able to provide exactly what a band or corporate client wants and needs with minimal substitutions and changes. We believe in creating solutions, and the easiest way to do that is to start with the best gear possible and support that with the best team in the marketplace.

At Kaleidoscope Productions you will find gear that is meticulously maintained, and show ready. All of our equipment is serialized with barcodes, and tracked through an inventory management system. This software system allows us to track our inventory through the entire lifecycle of a job. Starting with a client quote, we can look at the real time product availability for a specific event date and put together a proposal based on that information. Once a job is confirmed, our team is physically scanning out the specified list of equipment for each job, which helps to eliminate shortages or “forgetting” something that might be critical to the show. After each event, the gear is scanned back in to the warehouse and anything that is damaged is quarantined for maintenance, and repaired for the next show.

Historically, only larger production companies have utilized these types of systems and processes. As a smaller company, we have been committed to working with these types of controls from the outset. At the end of the day, our goal is to provide a premium experience to all of our customers large and small and these systems are at the heart of what we do and how we want to do it.
